About RAI · est. 2026

A team building the digital backbone of businesses across the Gulf.

We launched RAI after seeing driven entrepreneurs in Oman and Kuwait run real, growing businesses on patchwork tools — spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads. We believe they deserve better, and we're bringing in the change.

— Our vision
2026 — onwards

A region of businesses that operate with the rigor of a tech company — without losing the warmth, relationships, and trust that define how we do business in the Gulf.

We don't sell software.
We realign the way the work gets done.

Every business has a moment where the systems it grew up on stop keeping up. The team is bigger. The customers are more demanding. The Excel sheets are starting to fight back. That's the moment we're built for.

We come in, map the operation as it really runs, and then quietly rebuild the connective tissue — dashboards, automations, integrations — until the friction is gone and your team has time back. No vendor lock-in. No 200-page strategy decks. Just systems that work, owned by you.

— Principles

Five rules we won't bend, no matter the brief.

01

Ship in weeks, not quarters.

Every engagement has a working artifact in your hands within 30 days. The rest is iteration.

02

You own it. All of it.

Your data, your code, your accounts. No lock-in. If you fire us tomorrow, the system keeps working.

03

Bilingual by default.

Arabic and English are first-class citizens, not an afterthought. Your customers shouldn't notice the seam.

04

Replace tools, not people.

Automation hands time back to your team. We're ruthless about repetitive work — and protective of judgment.

05

If we won't use it, we won't build it.

Every dashboard, every workflow gets pressure-tested by us first. If it's clunky, it doesn't ship.

+

Built for this region.

Our solutions are designed around the working hours, business culture, and operational rhythms of Oman and Kuwait — not adapted from elsewhere as an afterthought.

— Ibrahim Khan

Born and raised in Kuwait, Ibrahim grew up at the crossroads of cultures and curiosity, an upbringing that shaped both his global outlook and his drive to build things that work. He began his engineering journey with an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunications before moving to the United States to earn a Master's in Mechanical Engineering. He is an engineer who has spent his career making complex systems run reliably, from controls software and safety validation in the automotive industry to quality engineering on the front lines of the EV revolution. Pairing deep technical command with a relentless focus on quality and detail, he Co-founded RAI to bring that same precision to the digital world, building smart, dependable web solutions that take the friction out of everyday operations.

— Ibrahim Hafeez

Born and raised in Oman, Ibrahim grew up watching Gulf businesses run on relationships, instinct, and an endless stack of spreadsheets — and always believed they were capable of more. He came to the United States for his undergraduate degree before carving out a career as an Industrial Engineer at a large manufacturing company. Over five years on the floor and in the boardroom, he drove projects across supply chain operations, KPI design, and workflow automation — the kind of work that exposed just how much value gets left on the table when the right systems aren't in place. He learned that operational discipline isn't a luxury; it's what separates businesses that scale from those that stall. Co-founding RAI is his way of bringing that same rigor back to the Gulf — building the infrastructure layer that the businesses he grew up around have always deserved, but rarely had access to.
